Sidewalk Art Festival – August 12, 2023
Drawing takes place on the Promenade Sidewalk in Arnolds Park. Participants will be assigned a sidewalk square. Multiple participants may work on a single space. Approximately 60 squares will be available. Chalk pastels will be provided compliments of the Okoboji Blue Water Festival. This fun family event is FREE and open to the public!
Begins at 8am, judging at 1:30pm, awards at 2:30pm.
