WELCOME TO #BOJIKITES – Winter Games Boji Kite Festival
CELEBRATING COMMUNITY, CREATIVITY & WINTER FUN
#BojiKites is a non-profit organization and winter kite festival held each year during the last weekend in January as part of the University of Okoboji Winter Games. With renewed support from Historic Arnolds Park Amusement Park, the Iowa Great Lakes Chamber of Commerce, and generous local donors, the Boji Kite Festival continues to soar. We are proud to uphold this extraordinary tradition — filling the skies with color, lifting spirits, and supporting the Iowa Great Lakes Region for generations to come.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to support Arnolds Park and the Iowa Great Lakes Region by hosting the annual boji kite festival each January that celebrates community, creativity, and winter fun, while promoting the vibrancy of our region year-round.
