Chef Jay is offering three separate multi-course dinners inspired by the unique foods of Greece, Morocco, and Italy! You will learn how these countries developed their own ways of food preparation and use of spices and seasonings. This is primarily a demonstration class with an opportunity for a light hands on activity.
