Chef Jacques will demonstrate how to create a classic tarte tatin – an inverted caramelized apple tart, from start to finish, and explain the art of presentation and decoration. Participants will learn about the differences between American pastries and authentic French patisserie. Jacques will share his journey in launching his own pastry business and how his art has developed ever since he began baking, notably as a monk in France.
Scrumptious pastry samples and a glass of sparkling wine included.
