The Okoboji Summer Theatre offering the Boji Bantam Broadway Bootcamp In July 

–Musical theatre intensive runs from July 14-19

The Boji Bantam Broadway Bootcamp, a weeklong musical theater intensive, will be held this summer, from July 14-19 on the grounds of the Okoboji Summer Theatre campus. 

This five-day intensive includes daily classes focused on acting, voice, and movement. Students will spend each morning on movement, voice work and acting technique, then the afternoons will focus on creating a culminating showcase, which students will perform on July 19. 

“We are excited for this intensive. The classes will be a great way for students to learn musical theater basics from OST staff and working professionals.  It will be a rigorous week but also very supportive and inspiring,” said Madison Dodd, director of the Boji Bantam Children’s Theatre and the intensive workshop.

Classes meet July 14-18, from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m., with a Saturday, July 19, showcase at 10 a.m. The bootcamp is designed for ages 12 and older. Tuition is $375.  For more information and to register, visit: www.okobojisummertheatre.org.
