Back in the day, big bands and old-time rock n’ roll ruled the stage at the fabled Roof Garden. While the sound has changed, the spirit remains the same. Each summer, Historic Arnolds Park hosts a FREE concert series at Preservation Plaza.
The iconic Roof Garden – which became famous throughout the Midwest for hosting marquee swing and then rock n’ roll bands – is in the process of a major rebuild. The New Roof Garden will closely resemble the historic two-story ballroom that was demolished in 1987.
